When my Mom and Dad decided to open an ice cream shop with a train theme, I helped them pick all of the trains to decorate the shop. I was 2 years old and I couldn't say "Choo Choo train", I called them "Koo Koo trains" and that's why it's called The Koo Koo Ice Cream Depot.

I'm sure someday I'll be very embarrassed by that story.
